Well you can always create dummy accounts and start topics on Thaivisa.com about the mods. Sometimes they only get locked as opposed to being deleted. Also visit their facebook page and make the same comments. Sooner or later the advertisers (who you can email) and George will get the point that Thaivisa sucks due to the mods.
