It seems like that the owner of this website isn't much concerned about privacy concerns.
We all know that there is prostitution in Thailand and the business idea of that website is the get a share and make a profit out of it like a pimp including a database collection of 'working girls' including their name, details and photos without actually asking them if they would agree with it.

We are doing now the same, telling you the name of this web master,  biographical details,  photos, where to find him and  and for the fun reveal also his member name on TVF.

The person in question is Dr. Jonathan P. Brazee, a retired Colonel of the US-Marines Corps. 'web master', pornographer, Russian bride dealer, 'gourmet', narcissist in shorts, silk trader , novelist and Thailand Expat.

My guess is that this photo is an old one, over 10 years old. According to his own words was Irina 17 years old when he met her in Russia. "I went to Russia on business three years ago and took the opportunity to date some Russians (who wouldn't?) The internet and google reveals a few more things about Jonathan Brazee i didn't mention yet. Like which military school he had visit. The title of his thesis paper to get the Dr. in front of his name. Or his more arty approach on nude photography an so on.
I think i made it evident that Jonathan Brazee runs a business as web pornographer, or did it at least in the past. Maybe he is still into it but i don't have a red hot missing link that proves that. I also took only on a few of the webpages a closer look. There is maybe more like that  corter79@hotmail.com e-mail account what it made so easy to track him.

The question if bonobo is really that Jonathan Brazee dude could be answered with more details about  what the Colonel and pornographer John has in common with bonobo.
The answer lays in bonobos post, when he talks about San Diego, his love for food, the novel he wrote, the marines, the veterans, that he had business connections in Russia and so on. He also sees himself as a man who really understands woman and thinks they will like him for that.
